Hi, I read the article in the NY Times about the Loft. Sounds great – if you can afford it. The only thing I found odd was the comments about the West Coast. I just wondered, why the resentment against the west coast? and the sober community there. What sparks that resentment? Does the author really believe the sobriety in Brooklyn in somehow superior to sobriety in other parts of the country? That’s odd… I thought the point of being sober was not to use alcohol or drugs, no matter where you are living. Does living in New York make you more sober?
